1. SPACE ANALYSIS AND CUSTOMER BRIEFING

 

We study and analyze the possibilities offered by the available space. Likewise, we hold in-depth meetings with the client, to find out what their needs and dreams are. In this way, we try to project them in the new distribution of the space to be reformed and create a complete rendering project.

 

2. PROPOSAL FOR A NEW PLANT LAYOUT

 

We project the new distribution of the available space, contemplating the new requirements requested by the property. With this, we managed to meet the objective of taking advantage of every inch of available space. If necessary, we eliminate the walls that are viable within the possibilities, creating if necessary new ones that will define the new projected spaces.

 

3. PROJECTION OF SPACES AND FURNITURE IN ELEVATIONS

 

After agreeing on the floor plan distribution proposal for the spaces, we designed each and every one of the elevations or walls that make up the new rooms. These elevations define all the furniture made to measure. Thus, we install porcelain elements, sanitary ware, taps, appliances, etc. Also other accessories selected from among the most prominent brands in the sector.

 

4. PROPOSAL OF MATERIALS

 

We carry out the selection and proposal of all the elements and materials that make up a home. That is, from the technical lighting elements, through the parquet flooring. But, also, other porcelain elements for floor or wall coverings. Finally, we also install taps, toilets, appliances and kitchen furniture, among others. Similarly, we comprehensively select the materials that make up the most decorative aspects. Examples of this are wood, textiles, decorative lighting elements, colors and texture.

 

5. ECONOMIC VALUATION EXECUTION
