Our Architecture & Interior Design studio comes into action when we are presented with the challenge of a blank canvas, such as a piece of land to be built. As architects and designers, we design interior and exterior spaces from the ground up.

Based on the detailed briefing of requirements that the client transmits to us, we work to build “the structure” of the house. In this way, we take care at all times of the details and needs that the interior of the house will require.

At Hector Landgrave Design Studio we treat with the utmost care the fundamentals of architecture & Interior Design. From the beginning, in the conceptual phase, to the execution of the last detail on site. In this way, we offer an integral white glove service of the projected space.

OUR ARCHITECTURE STUDIO

Hector Landgrave Design Studio committed to an efficient and attractive methodology. Every project is studied to the millimeter by our team of interior Architects & Designers. All of them give meaning to the proposed structures.

WE DESIGN SPACES FROM A BLANK CANVAS.

1. LAND ANALYSIS AND CLIENT’S BRIEFING

We study both the possibilities and constructive limitations of the land to be built. As well as the list of needs, requirements and illusions that the property wants to project on it.

2. BASIC PROJECT &  BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION

We define the general lines of the exterior and interior of the project. We also take care of the elaboration of all the basic plans. We also ask for the necessary technical documentation for the application for the building permit at the town hall.

3. EXECUTIVE PROJECT

We enter in the detail of all the graphic and written documentation necessary to execute the work. We include in this phase all the calculations of the structure, materials and installations. As well as the constructive solutions to adopt in terms of thermal and acoustic calculation, among other aspects.

4. ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING PROJECT

We design both the architecture layout and landscaping, optimizing all available spaces to the maximum. We put at the service of the client our experience of more than 18 years and contrasted knowledge in architecture & interior design.

5. CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE

We are in charge of the construction of the house, coordinating and supervising all the teams of collaborators involved. With a high demand and care for the quality of the finishes, we offer the maximum guarantee. Therefore, it is essential to comply with the established timing and budget.

6. FINAL DOCUMENTATION OF THE WORK

We also carry out all the management and obtaining of the final documentation of the work. We formalize the final declaration of work, including the certificate of first occupation. But, also the cell of habitability and the final act of work, among other necessary procedures
